I Am Hope has one goal - positive societal attitudinal change. We know our youth struggle with distressing self-talk and overthinking, leaving them feeling isolated and alone.

I Am Hope is a registered charity under I Am Hope Foundation founded by Mike King. I Am Hope aims to promote positive attitudinal societal change around mental health throughout New Zealand, offering hope and a voice to young people.
