Nope, I don't know any Jordanian singers, there was a Hani El-Omary, but he wasn't that big to start with.

About that tah2an zah2an, the song is a spoof about the depressive wives, he's bored and fed up after he got married because now he's like in a prison, in Egypt we have a nickname for marriage, we call it "The Golden Cage", it's mainly because women in the Arab world tend to be control freaks.
